Now that it's cold out, Kit Skunk finally got to make a special ice cottage in the meadow. First she dug a pit in the snow. Then she stacked snowballs around the edge of the pit, to make the cottage walls. When the walls were high enough she made a roof of pine branches, and piled even more snow on top. She left a spot for the door. It's pretty warm and cozy, and the animals like to eat their winter snacks in there. Kit says the chances of her getting stinky are slim to none, because her ice cottage makes her happy.

She is made of black organic cotton french terry, with white velour skunky details on her nose and tail. Of course, she has a white stripe down her back. She is stuffed with wool. Her face is hand embroidered with cotton thread. You can hand wash her gently if she gets grimy.
Kit's pointy hooded parka is made of mint green cotton jersey, with a blue and white lining. It has a cool green button and a yellow wool tassel on the hood. Don't let a baby eat the button! And finally, she has pointy toed wool tights. They are navy with a red elastic waistband and white dots on the toes.
Kit comes with a signed and numbered tag. She is packed in a muslin bag, perfumed with a lavender and mint sachet.
